Most of us find ourselves at some point hurting, grieving, stuck, anxious, or struggling with life’s many challenges. We are all unique individuals created to thrive on our strengths, gifts, personality traits, and desires. Sometimes pain and adverse circumstances get in the way. Seeking therapy is an excellent first step. Throughout my life, I have been passionate about meeting people where they’re at and creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
